COCONUT PECAN FROSTING 
2 c. canned milk
2 c. sugar
3 slightly beaten egg yolks
2 c. crushed pecans
1 c. butter
2 tbsp. vanilla
1 can coconut

Combine milk, sugar and egg yolks and vanilla and butter. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened, about 12 minutes. Add 1 can of coconut, 2 cups crushed pecans. Makes 2 or 3 cups.
