WAYNE'S DOUBLE W/W TEXAS CHILI 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground round
1 lg. red pepper, chopped
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
3 jalapeno peppers, chopped fine (optional)
1 med. to lg. onion, chopped
3 med. potatoes, cut in 1 inch squares
1 (2 lb. 8 1/2 oz.) can Hanover Redskin kidney beans
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can Campbell's hot chili beans
2 tsp. chili powder, more or less to taste
2 (16 oz.) cans whole tomatoes
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown beef, onion, and peppers in large pot; drain. Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil. Cover; simmer 1 1/2 hours.
