HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
1 qt. diced chicken
1 qt. diced celery
1/4 c. green onions, sliced
1/4 c. green peppers, diced
1/2 c. water chestnuts, sliced
1 2/3 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 c. potato chips, crushed

Mix chicken, celery, green onions, peppers and water chestnuts. Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice and salt. Combine the two mixtures. Top with crushed potato chips and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves 10.
