TABULI SALAD 
1 bunch curly parsley
2 lg. tomatoes
1 lg. onion
Pita bread
1/4 c. wheat germ
Juice of 1 lemon
Olive oil

Chop parsley, tomatoes and onion. Add wheat germ, lemon juice and olive oil. Mix all together. Serve with slightly toasted pita bread cut in quarters.
