SWEET COCONUT PIE 
3 squares Baker's unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. butter
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. flour
2/3 c. sweetened condensed milk
2 to 3 cups Baker's angel flake coconut
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt chocolate with butter in saucepan over very low heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in eggs, sugar, flour and vanilla. Pour into greased 9 inch pie pan. Combine milk and coconut; spoon over chocolate mixture, leaving 1/2 to 1 inch border (spreads easily with fork). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool before serving.
