SWEET AND SOUR MEATLOAF 
1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. mustard
1 egg
1/4 c. onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. crackers
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. tomato sauce
2 lb. hamburger

Blend tomato sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, and mustard. Use 1/2 cup to mix with meat. Reserve remainder for top of meatloaf. Mix meatloaf ingredients and top with remaining tomato sauce. Bake 45 minutes at 400 degrees.
