FRUIT SHERBET 
4 QUARTS:

2 c. oranges, approx. 4
1/2 c. lemons, approx. 2
2 c. fruit pulp (can use 1 c. apricots/1 c. crushed pineapple)
3 1/2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
2 qts. low fat milk

6 QUARTS:

3 c. oranges
3/4 c. lemons
3 c. fruit pulp (1 1/2 each of apricots and crushed pineapple)
5 1/4 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
3 qts. low fat milk

Mix together and freeze in a freezer. Mixture will curdle but this freezes out. Makes 1 gallon.
