POTATO-CELERY SOUP 
1 1/2 c., 1 inch raw potatoes
1/2 c. sliced celery
3 tbsp. chopped onion
3 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
4 tbsp. butter
1/8 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. minced parsley

Place potatoes, celery, onions, water and salt in pan. Cover and cook gently for 20 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and cook until steaming hot.
