PEANUT BUTTER SURPRISE BALLS | |
1/2 c. peanut butter 1 tbsp. honey 1/3 c. nonfat dry milk powder 2 tbsp. sesame seed 2 tbsp. toasted wheat germ 1/2 c. cornflakes Raisins, peanuts, semi-sweet chocolate pieces or candy-coated milk chocolate pieces 1. To make the dough, put peanut butter and honey in the bowl. Stir to mix well. 2. Add dry milk powder, sesame seed and wheat germ. Stir until well mixed. 3. Put cornflakes in a plastic bag. Seal bag shut. Crush cornflakes. Sprinkle crushed cornflakes over a piece of wax paper. 4. Use a small spoon to scoop spoonfuls of the dough. Shape the dough around a raisin, peanut, chocolate piece or candy. Roll in cornflakes. 5. Put balls in a tightly covered container. Place in the refrigerator. Makes approximately 25 balls. |
