CREAM CHEESE CAKE 
1 pt. heavy or whipping cream
1 c. sugar
1 lb. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
2 pkgs. lady fingers

Line bottom and sides of spring form pan with lady fingers. In small bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, add vanilla and sugar. Whip heavy cream until thick, fold into cream cheese mixture. Pour into pan and refrigerate overnight. Top with favorite fruit filling.
