GREEN TOMATO PIE 
Green tomatoes, sliced paper thin (the greener the butter)
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. cinnamon
Pie crust for 2 crust pie

Line bottom of pie plate with 1 pie crust. Fill with green tomatoes sliced paper thin. Mix sugar, cornstarch, and cinnamon; add to green tomatoes. Top with pie crust. Bake at 350 to 375 degrees until green tomatoes are done, about as long as apple pie.
