CUSTARD PIE 
2 c. condensed skim milk
2 egg whites, beaten to stiff peaks
3/4 c. artificial sweetener or sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. Egg Beaters
Nutmeg

Combine the skim milk, Egg Beaters, sweetener and vanilla; mix well. Fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into a 9-inch prebaked pie shell. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for an additional 15 to 20 minutes or until set.
