RUTHIE'S EGG ROLLS 
Cabbage
Baby shrimp
Bean sprouts
Broccoli
Onion
Mushrooms
Soy sauce & sugar
Cornstarch or a little peanut butter
Egg roll skins

Chop up everything. Saute ingredients. Add soy sauce, sugar and cornstarch or peanut butter. Put in drainer over a bowl in refrigerator at least 1 hour. Roll up into egg roll skins. Pan fry 2 minutes each side. Eat.
