TARTAR SAUCE 
2 c. mayonnaise
1 scallion or green onion, finely chopped
1/2 dill pickle, chopped
1 tbsp. chopped chives
1 rib celery, chopped
2 tsp. lemon juice
Tabasco sauce to taste
Worcestershire sauce to taste

Mix all ingredients together and chill well. Yield: About 2 1/2 cups.
