POTATO MEAT SCALLOP 
3/4 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
2 c. sliced raw potatoes

Brown the beef and onion. Add salt. Melt the fat and blend in flour. Add milk and cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Place alternate layers of sliced potatoes, beef, and sauce in a greased baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. If desired remove cover and brown.
