CHOCOLATE-COCONUT PIE 
3 c. white sugar
Pinch of salt
7 tbsp. cocoa
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tall can evaporated milk
1 stick butter, melted
2 c. flaked coconut
1/2-1 c. chopped pecans

Mix sugar, salt and cocoa. Add eggs and mix well. Stir in vanilla and milk. Add melted butter then coconut and nuts. Pour in 3 unbaked pie shells. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes.
