BUTTERSCOTCH BROWNIES | |
2 c. light brown sugar 1 c. butter 4 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1/2 tsp. orange extract (optional) 2 scant c. flour 1 to 2 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream sugar and butter; then add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add extracts. Add flour and mix well. Stir in chocolate pieces. Pour the mixture into a greased 9 x 12 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake in oven 35 to 45 minutes or until done. Cool before cutting. |
