EASY FRENCH ONION SOUP | |
2 tbsp. butter 1 lg. onion, chopped 1/2 tsp. sugar 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef bouillon 1 1/4 c. water 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Melt butter in medium size saucepan. Add onion and sugar. Cook and stir on low 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Add bouillon, water and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer 10 to 15 minutes. Makes 4 servings. |
