HOT BUTTERED RUM MIX 
1/2 lb. butter, melted
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice
1 qt. vanilla ice cream, room temperature
1 lb. powdered sugar
2 lb. brown sugar

Melt butter and add spices. Have ice cream at room temperature in a mixing bowl. Add sugars and mix well. Add butter and spice mixture to ice cream mixture. Put in containers and freeze until needed.

One serving - 4 ounces hot water, one shot of your favorite rum and 2 heaping tablespoons of hot buttered rum mix.
