ZESTY GUACAMOLE 
2 avocados
1 medium tomato
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Slice avocados in half lengthwise, saving the pit for later use, then peel and remove the exterior skin.

Dice 1/2 of the tomato into small pieces.

In a small bowl, combine diced tomatoes with the avocado, then add the salt, lime juice and onion powder.

With a fork, mash the avocados until you get the desired consistency. For chunky guacamole, mash until only a few chunks remain. For a smoother guacamole, mash longer.

Place the saved pit in the bowl (to prevent the guacamole from turning brown) and refrigerate
