FRESH PEACH PIE 
1 c. water
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. white syrup
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 pkg. peach or orange Jello]
2 c. sliced peaches (fresh is best)
1 prebaked crust

Mix water, sugar, syrup, and cornstarch in pan. Boil until clear. Add 1/2 package Jello. Cool until just warm, then add peaches. Put in crust. Refrigerate until set. May use Cool Whip as topping.
