1 box cake mix (white or yellow)
2 oz. Coco Lopez coconut milk
1 pkg. powdered sugar
1 pkg. cream cheese
1 c. coconut

Bake cake according to directions (2 layers or oblong pan). Let cool.

Cream sugar and cream cheese. Add enough coconut milk to make spreadable. Add coconut (shredded) and mix well. Refrigerate until frosting is chilled. Frost cake and enjoy.
