TEXAS BBQ SAUCE 
1 chopped onion
1/4 c. wine
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix ingredients in saucepan. Cook on medium-high until boiling. Then simmer about 7 minutes. Sauce covers 4-8 pounds of meat and may be doubled for larger gatherings.
