CREAMY CHICKEN AND MUSHROOM 
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. boneless chicken breasts
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. cooking sherry
Sliced mushrooms (as many as you wish)

Place chicken breast in 9 x 9 inch baking pan. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done. Serve over rice.
