CASSEROLE 
4 c. frozen potato rounds
1 lb. hamburger
1 pkg. chopped broccoli (thawed)
1 can French fried onions
1 med. tomato (chopped)
1 can cream of celery soup
1/3 c. milk
1 c. shredded cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper

Line pan with potato rounds. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Brown beef and drain. Put beef, broccoli, 1/2 cup onions and tomato on potatoes.

Combine soup, milk, 1/2 cheese and seasonings. Pour over meat. Bake covered for 10 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake uncovered 2 or 3 minutes longer.
