SINFUL POTATOES 
1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes (may use potatoes ('Brian), slightly thawed
1/2 c. onions
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. sour cream
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 stick butter, melted
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt

TOPPING:

2 c. crushed saltine crackers sauteed in 1 stick butter

Combine slightly thawed hash browns with melted butter in 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Add all other ingredients and top with sauteed crackers. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
