HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE | |
1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen potatoes, shredded 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted 8 oz. sour cream 12 oz. cheddar cheese, grated 1 tsp. salt 1/2 sm. onion, chopped 2 c. crushed corn flakes 1/2 c. butter, melted Place thawed potatoes in a 9" x 13" baking dish. Mix other ingredients, except corn flakes and butter. Pour over potatoes. Sprinkle with corn flake crumbs and melted butter. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 10 to 12. Optional topping: 1/4 c. butter, melted and mixed with 2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed. |
