LAYERED SALAD 
1 med. cauliflower, cut in bite size
1 med. cabbage, coarsely shredded
1 med. onion, finely chopped
1 lb. bacon, fried and chopped

DRESSING:

2 c. Miracle Whip
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Thoroughly blend dressing ingredients.

In large bowl place all cauliflower, then 1/4 of the dressing, all of the cabbage, then 1/4 of the dressing, all of the onion, then 1/4 of the dressing. Sprinkle bacon on top and then spread the last of the dressing to cover edge to edge of the bowl. Cover and chill several hours or overnight. Toss well before serving.
