CELERY KRAUT RELISH 
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1 c. sugar
1 med. can sauerkraut
1 med. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 pimento, chopped

Combine vinegar and sugar. Heat until sugar is dissolved. Cool and pour over combined vegetables. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight. This is good with meats or any meal.
