1 c. butter 1/3 c. sugar 2 tsp. water 2 tsp. vanilla 2 c. flour, sifted 1 c. pecans, chopped Cream butter and sugar; add water and vanilla. Mix well. Blend in flour and nuts. Shape in fingers or balls. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 300 degrees for about 30 minutes or until lightly turning brown around edges. Remove and roll in confectioners' sugar while still hot (about 3 dozen). |
