SAUSAGE AND LENTIL STEW 
1 lb. Kielbasa
1 lb. lentils
Celery & onions
Carrots & mushrooms
Parsley, salt & pepper
28 oz. tomatoes
2 c. water
1 c. wine or stock
1-2 beef bouillon
1-2 garlic

Brown garlic, onions and sausage. Combine with other ingredients and simmer about 2 hours. Add broth or water if too thick.
