STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 2/3 c. crushed vanilla wafers
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar

FILLING:

5 tbsp. lemon juice
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 c. chopped pecans
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. strawberries, well drained
1/2 pt. whipping cream, real cream
Few drops red coloring

Mix vanilla wafers, butter and sugar together and line a 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes. Cool completely.

FILLING: Mix lemon juice and milk; stir in strawberries. Add nuts, whipping cream and coloring. Mix well and pour into cooled crust. Chill in refrigerator overnight.
