1 1/2 c. Oreo cookie crumbled
3/4 c. butter
1 c. powder sugar
1-8 oz. cream cheese
2 small pkg. instant pudding (vanilla)
4 c. milk
1-12 oz. cool whip

Blend butter, powder sugar, and cream cheese.

Add pudding, milk and cool whip. Put in container alternating with cookies and pudding. Add gummy worms if you want.
