S.'S BREAD STUFFING 
1 1/2 pkgs. stuffing mix
Water, as called for on package
2 lg. onions, chopped
4 c. celery, chopped
1/4 lb. butter
2 eggs, beaten
Sage, to taste (2 tsp.)
Ginger (1 scant tsp.)
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Saute onions and celery in butter until tender. Add water as called for on stuffing package. Add seasonings and heat short of boiling; stir well. Pour this over stuffing mix and toss well. Add beaten eggs and mix well.
