CORN FRITTERS 
1/2 c. sifted flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. oil
1 c. whole kernel corn

Mixture #1: Combine all dry ingredients and mix well. Mixture #2: Combine all other ingredients and mix well. Combine mixtures 1 and 2; mix well.

Drop by tablespoon into hot oil (375 degrees). Fry until gold; flip them over. Fry to gold. Drain. These are great as side dish with ham or etc. Kids love them for breakfast with syrup.
