1 med. cucumber
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. finely minced onion
2 tbsp. finely minced green pepper
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1/8 tsp. hot sauce

Peel and coarsely shred cucumber. Press between paper towels to remove excess water. Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Stir all ingredients into cream cheese. Serve with rye bread.
