2 med. size cucumbers
1 lg. (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3-4 drops Tabasco sauce
Salt
1/2 pod garlic

Chop cucumbers into fine pieces (almost pulp). Cream into cheese with remainder of ingredients. Wonderful on party rye bread.
