VEGETABLE AND MEAT ENTREE 
2 lb. ground chuck
1 med. onion
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
3/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. salt
1 sm. box mushrooms
1 lg. zucchini
Green pepper, chopped
Shredded mozzarella cheese
Tater tots

Saute ground chuck, onion and garlic powder. Best to remove meat before onion is cooked. Add tomato sauce, garlic salt, oregano and salt. Bring to a boil and add mushrooms and zucchini; cover and simmer until tender. Add meat to sauce and some green pepper, to taste. Turn into baking dish; top with cheese and tater tots. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
