SHIP WRECK 
1 lb. hamburger (browned)

Place 1/3 pound hamburger in casserole. Add one layer sliced potatoes, one layer sliced onions and one layer sliced carrots. Repeat layers and put final 1/3 pound hamburger on top. Mix one can cream of mushroom soup or cream of celery soup and one can of milk and pour over the hamburger and vegetables. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake one hour at 325 degrees.
