PUMPKIN BARS 
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
16 fluid oz. pumpkin (1 can)
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. Bisquick baking mix
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 c. raisins or pecans, chopped
1 (13"x9"x2") pan, greased

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Beat sugar, oil, pumpkin and eggs in large mixing bowl on medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally, one minute.

3. Stir in baking mix, cinnamon and nuts or raisins. Pour into pan.

4. Bake 25 to 30 minutes, until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.

5. Cut into bars about 2"x1". Makes 50 bars.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

3 fluid oz. cream cheese, 1 pkg., soft
1/3 c. butter, softened
1 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar

1. Beat cream cheese, butter, milk and vanilla until creamy.

2. Stir in powdered sugar until smooth.
