TUNA AND CHEESE BISCUIT BAKE 
1 can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
2 cans tuna, drained
1 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped onion or 2 tbsp. instant minced onion
1 tsp. chopped parsley or parsley flakes
1 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. American cheese, shredded
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. poppy seed

Combine first five ingredients in an eight or nine inch baking dish.

Combine flour and cheese. Add milk and oil all at once, stirring only until moistened.

Drop flour mixture by teaspoonfuls on top of tuna mixture. Sprinkle with poppy seeds. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes. Serves 4-6.
