CURRIED PECAN CHICKEN SALAD 
3/4 tsp. curry powder
2 tbsp. salad oil
1/2 c. drained, crushed pineapple
2 c. cubed, cooked chicken
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 1/2 c. cooked rice

Combine these ingredients and chill at least 2 hours.

1 c. diced celery
3/4 c. pecans, chopped
Lettuce
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Pecan halves

Into the above, fold in celery, green pepper, pecans and mayonnaise. Serve on lettuce and garnish with pecans.
