3 c. cubed chicken
1 c. diced celery
1/4 c. broken pecans
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt

Mix all together. Garnish with drained canned peaches and cubed sharp cheese.
