SKILLET SQUASH | |
1 tbsp. salad oil 3 c. sliced yellow squash (about 2 sm.) 3 c. sliced zucchini (about 2 sm.) 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 c. water Heat salad oil in large frying pan. Add squash, saute, stirring lightly 3 minutes or just until shiny - moist. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, pour water over, cover, steam 10 minutes or until crispy tender. |
