SNOWY POTATO SALAD 
3 med. potatoes, peeled
1 c. celery, finely chopped
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 c. creamed cottage cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. chopped chives
1 tsp. salt

Cook potatoes covered in boiling salted water until just tender. Drain and refrigerate until cold. Combine all remaining ingredients.

Dice chilled potatoes. Toss with the rest of the ingredients. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
