VERY EASY FISH 
3/4 lb. fish fillet or steak (cod is good)
1 can cream soup: Celery, mushroom or shrimp

Grease a baking dish. Lay fish therein. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour soup over it, undiluted. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour or so. Fish is done when you can push it apart into flakes easily.
