EASY CHEESE BAKE 
1/2 c. butter
8 eggs
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. (16 oz.) small curd cottage cheese
3 c. (12 oz.) cheese, shredded (you can use Swiss or Monterey Jack or combination)
1 c. Aunt Penny's cream sauce
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables

Melt butter in 12 x 8 or 9 inch square baking dish in oven. In large bowl, beat eggs until foamy. Add flour, baking powder, cottage cheese, and shredded cheese. Mix until well blended. Pour mixture over melted butter in baking dish. Stir until butter is combined. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes until browned on top. Cut in squares. Put cream sauce over top. I serve this with a cream sauce that has cooked frozen vegetables in it.
