VEGETABLE SANDWICHES 
2 pkgs. crescent dinner rolls
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 pkg. dry Ranch dressing mix
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped red pepper
1/2 c. chopped cauliflower
1/2 c. chopped broccoli
Few carrots, grated
1 pkg. Velveeta shredded cheese
1 sm. chopped onion

Place dinner rolls flat on cookie sheet. Brown and let cool. Mix mayo, cream cheese and Ranch dressing and spread on rolls. Add green and red peppers, cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, onions and cheese on top. Cut into small squares and serve.
