LEMON CREME 
2 c. heavy cream
2 c. milk
2 c. sugar
3 lemons

Combine cream, milk and sugar in a large glass or metal bowl and stir until sugar is dissolved. Cover with plastic wrap or foil and place in freezer until mixture is mushy (about 1 hour).

Add grated rind and juice of the lemons to the mixture and beat with a mixer until smooth. Return to freezer for another hour and a half. Beat the mixture a second time until it is smooth and creamy. Return to freezer and freeze until solid.

If recipe is halved, use 2 lemons. An excellent hot weather treat!
