IMPOSSIBLE PUMPKIN PIE 
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. cooked or canned pumpkin
1/2 c. commercial biscuit mix

Put everything in blender. Blend 2 minutes. Put in pie tin and bake 35 to 45 minutes.
